Catéter arterial umbilical (UAC); Catéter venoso umbilical (UVC)
La placenta es el vínculo entre la madre y el bebé durante el embarazo. Dos arterias y una vena en el cordón umbilical llevan la sangre de ida y vuelta. Si el bebé recién nacido está enfermo después del nacimiento, se puede colocar un catéter.
